I. Promotion Name: "Open Account - Trade Now - Get Rewarded" Promotion

II. Eligible Locations: Nationwide

III. Promotion Period: The program is scheduled to run from November 18th, 2024 to January 20th, 2025 or until the budget is exhausted. 

IV. Eligible Participants: Vietnamese individuals who open a new securities account and complete a qualifying trade at Vietcap during the promotion period.

V. Promotion Details:

During the promotion period, customers who successfully register for an account on eKYC and complete the following 3 steps will receive a reward of up to VND 200,000 from Vietcap:

            + Successfully open an account

            + Make an initial deposit or securities transfer

            + Complete a qualifying trade (*)

(*) A qualifying trade is a matched order with a cumulative value of at least VND 50,000,000 in stocks, warrants, or mutual funds (excluding bonds and derivatives).

Customers must complete all 3 steps within 30 calendar days from the date of successful account opening. The reward of VND 200,000 will be credited to the customer's Vietcap securities account within 5 working days upon completion of all requirements.

VI. Other Terms:

• Each customer is entitled to only one reward during the promotion period.

• The promotion does not apply to customers who open accounts offline.

• Vietcap shall only pay the reward to customers who complete all 3 steps and have a qualifying trading value within the specified time. Customers who do not meet all requirements will not receive the reward.

• Vietcap reserves the right to use reward-winners’ personal information and images for promotional purposes.

• Vietcap reserves the right to refuse to award prizes or revoke promotions if fraud is detected.

• In the event of any claims or disputes arising from this promotion, Vietcap shall be solely responsible for handling and resolving such matters, and Vietcap's decision shall be final.

• The budget for the promotion is VND 90,000,000.

• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to all the terms and conditions of the promotion as announced by Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company at any time, as specified in these terms and conditions.
