It’s been a tough week – both the HSX and HNX loss c.3.5% on the week. As the National Assembly continues its year end session, investors had been looking for clues as to what would be done to turnaround the faltering economy. But by the looks of it, while investors may praise the NA’s determined efforts, they remain largely unconvinced that targets alone are sufficient.
