Most Asian markets declined on Wednesday as the coronavirus outbreak continues to weigh on investor sentiment; however, the VN-Index gained three tenths of a percent, closing up for the first time since March 10. VCB (+2.7%) was the leading contributor to the day’s gain, posting its second consecutive positive session. Fellow bank BID (+2.2%) has jumped 5.3% over the past two days. Conversely, MBB (-1.2%) and STB (-2.0%) both dropped. PLX (+7.0%) has surged 16.5% so far this week
