The VN-Index steadily advanced throughout Thursday’s session, closing up by six tenths of a percent. Additionally, today was the first time in more than a month that the index has posted three straight positive sessions. VCB (+1.9%) was the leading contributor to the gain as it reached an all-time high while fellow bank HDB (+3.4%) jumped to its highest share price in more than seven months. On the other hand, VPB (-1.6%) and TCB (-0.4%) were the top two contributing decliners.
