The VN-Index hit a four-month low on Tuesday as it decreased three tenths of a percent to close at 944 points. MSN (-1.8%) was the leading contributor to the loss and has fallen more than 10% since hitting its YTD high one month ago. Many banks declined, including TPB (-3.9%), TCB (-2.4%), STB (-2.2%) and HDB (-1.9%). Conversely, VCB (+1.6%) was the leading contributor among gainers and has experienced a 7.2% increase over the past three weeks. HPG (+2.7%) snapped a streak
