Market wrap: Stocks flat for second day; VJC extends rally. The VN-Index barely budged for a second day, closing up just 0.09 points on Friday. For the week, the index climbed 0.7%. VJC (+3.8%) was the top contributor to the day’s tiny gain and rose 6.3% this week. Yesterday, the budget carrier confirmed strong 2018 results and said that it is no longer under supervision of Government authorities stemming from incidents last month.
