For a second day this week, the VN-Index was almost unchanged, closing up one hundredth of a percent on Wednesday. VNM (+1.5%) led gainers as the dairy company bounces back from a 17-month low last week. GAS (-2.1%) was the top laggard and other energy names such as PVD (-0.3%), PVS (-0.5%) and PVT (-2.0%) followed suit.
