Market wrap: Stocks extend slump as banks, brokerages tumble despite good macro news. The VN-Index fell for a fourth day in five, closing down 1.4% on Monday. Trading value on HOSE remained subdued at USD179mn while foreigners net bought USD11mn. Banks led the market lower, as TCB (-4.1%), which dropped to its lowest level since listing a month ago, was the top contributor to the day's decline.
