HVN: MoT to exercise its rights to buy new HVN shares and maintain its 86.2% stake. Following HVN’s 1:0.1558 new share issuance to existing shareholders, the MoT has registered to buy 164.7 million new HVN shares at VND10,000 per share, equivalent to 15.58% of the MoT’s current total number of HVN shares, and thereby retaining MoT’s 86.16% stake in HVN. The transaction will be completed from July 30 to July 31, 2018.
