Market View: Market dipped into the red right after the opening bell, led by banking sector after Mr. Tran Mong Hung, former Chairman of ACB said that ACB could record a loss of VND1,251 billion this quarter. The loss was related to having to recover its short position in gold and currently ACB is still shorting 100,000 tael of gold which is required to be recovered before 25th November, the day that Circular 12 becomes effective.
