FOL- and TPP-related stocks surge. VNI was up 0.7% to 635.46 points with many stocks at full foreign room delivering impressive gains. SSI climbed 4.0%, FPT rose 2.9% and REE closed at the limit up – the three were also at the top of today’s most active stock list by value.
