The VN-Index climbed for its fourth consecutive session to close at its highest level since February 7 as trading liquidity on HOSE surged to a four-month high of USD621.2mn. Several bank stocks made big gains. BID (+4.0%) was the day’s top contributing gainer, hitting a four-month high, while TCB (+6.8%) soared to the daily trading ceiling. VCB (+2.0%) and VPB (+2.6%) also climbed. Conversely, CTG (-1.8%) was an outlier as it snapped a four-session winning streak.
